  • At this time, Janders Inc ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Janders Inc ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico and other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Inspect your item upon arrival. We accept returns for items found to be defective. For items damaged during shipment, advise the delivery agent of the damage. We will file a claim with the appropriate shipping company. Once the shipping company pays the claim we will refund the purchase price of the product. If the shipping company denies the claim (for any reason) we will not return or exchange the item or refund your money. A 20% restocking fee will apply to non-defective, undamaged or items that are unwanted and returned to us.
